Bullying in Schools: How Should the Law Protect Students,

The Center for Gender & Sexuality Studies at Western New England University School of Law presented a panel discussion on October 10, 2012, on the topic of bullying in schools.
The panel was the result of the increased public awareness about the nature, scope and harmful affects of bullying in schools which has raised questions about the appropriate role of law to protect the students.
