Mary Anne Case is the Arnold I Shure Professor of Law at the University of Chicago School of Law, where she teaches feminist jurisprudence, constitutional law, and European Legal Systems. Her research interests include the regulation of sex, gender, and sexuality as well as First Amendment and German contract law.
