Human Rights, Copyright and Culture

 

An advocate for human rights and economic equality, Molly Beutz Land explored the intersection of those rights on 21st century culture in a talk entitled, “Human Rights, Copyright, and Culture.” Land is an Associate Professor of Law at New York Law School, where she is affiliated with the Center for International Law, the Institute for Information Law and Technology, and the Justice Action Center. She focuses her teaching on Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, International Intellectual Property, and International Human Rights. Previously, she served as a Visiting Lecturer in Law and the Robert M. Cover/Allard K. Lowenstein Fellow in International Human Rights at Yale Law School.
