Richard Wilson is a professor of anthropology and law at the University of Connecticut and spoke about his recent book, Writing History in International Criminal Trials. His talk focused on questions of the purpose of international criminal trials, who gets to write the history of a conflict, and what legal import history ought to have in questions of criminal justice.
